Is six hours a week really enough to be worth it?

For some people yes, for others no — it depends what you are fitting it around. The point is that six hours is a genuine starting position here rather than a probation you are expected to grow out of.

Do I have to use my own phone number?

You give us a number so HR can reach you, but the work itself does not involve customers contacting you. None of the four roles above puts your personal number in front of anybody.

What if the role is not what I expected?

Tell the employer in the first fortnight and step off the schedule. Nothing is signed that locks you in, and it does not affect whether you can apply for a different role later.

Are these roles ongoing or short-term?

Ongoing. Employers come to us because they need someone regularly, not for a one-week project. That said, you set how much of each week you actually take.

Who pays me?

The employer pays you directly on their own payroll.
